Hi,Trying to book but it says the technical problem occurred. Please advise, is it just your website issue?

that message can display when there is a problem with your credit card, did it appear at the very end after you entered your card details?
what other problems can cause that?
given what you have described it prob is the card
it appeared after saying that it will take few moments to confirm.
what can also happen is that you have been on the site a long time or numerous times. Close all browsers and clear your history/cache if you know how.
that sound more like it
