Rate Details

A 25.00 USD drop charge will apply if vehicle is left at airport. Vehicles are never permitted to be used for towing. Prior to renting it is required to email proof of full coverage insurance and a declaration page to the location at rent@olympicstcroix.com.

Policies

Olympic Rent A Car is our ACE vehicle provider in St. Croix.

Upon arrival to the St. Croix airport, please call 340-718-3000 for shuttle pick up. We will meet you in front of the baggage claim area. Once the shuttle arrives, it will be a 15 minute commute to the rental counter to pickup your vehicle.

Rates are for renters 25 years or older. Renters aged 23-24 are subject to $5/day underage fee. Also required is proof of full coverage and declaration page must be emailed to rental location prior to rental at rent@olympicstcroix.com. Underage renters must have a major credit card and will have an extra deposit of $300 plus the cost of the rental. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up.

Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate. It is our policy to hold reservations up to four hours beyond the scheduled arrival time, subject to published office hours. If you experience delays, please contact the rental office so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation.

After Hours Returns: Customers are allowed to drop the car off at airport. Park car at the last parking lot to their left, place keys in glove box and lock the doors. Notify us upon drop off by leaving a message on the answering machine at 1-888-878-4227.

This location accepts Visa, AmEx, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club. When using a major credit card, a deposit of $300.00 plus the rental amount will be taken from the renter's credit card at time of pick up.

Debit cards are also accepted. Debit card customers must have a declaration page from their insurance company to show proof of transferable coverage. At time of pick up, a hold of $600.00 plus the amount of the rental will be put on their debit card, AND the declaration page from their insurance company must be emailed to us at rent@olympicstcroix.com for proof of insurance. If the customer has liability only, then they must purchase our Collision Damage Waiver. If the customer has full coverage insurance, then they do not need to purchase our CDW. If the customer does not have any insurance, Olympic Rent A Car cannot rent the vehicle. This is our policy with debit cards ONLY.

Discounted Multiple day rates are valid for full term only. Early Returns will be charged regular daily rate.

Your rental may have mandatory, local insurance requirements that result in additional charges at the time of rental.

Additional driver fee 5.00/day. Additional driver must also present a
