Upon arrival at San Francisco International Airport please take the blue line of the Airtrain to the Car Rental Center where you will proceed to the ground floor and exit the building. After exiting turn left and you will find the Off Airport Shuttle Pick Up area at Island 2. Our NU Car Rental complimentary Mercedes Benz shuttle will take you a short ride to our office. If the shuttle is not waiting when you arrive please call us at 650-651-7145 for pick up service. Our hours of operation are 8am-10pm. After hours drops are permitted at the location. Vehicles are held during operating hours up to 2 hours after the arrival time on your reservation.

Insurance
The renter is responsible for all damage to the rental vehicle. Insurance from outside the U.S. is not accepted except Canada. Optional insurance is not required to rent a vehicle. Loss Damage Waiver-LDW allows renter to not be held financially responsible for loss or damage to the rental vehicle when used in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement. Daily rate varies depending on the vehicle rented. ECAR CCAR ICAR SCAR FCAR - LDW is 11.00US per day plus tax. IFAR SFAR FFAR MVAR PCAR STAR - LDW is 17.00US per day plus tax. California law requires all drivers to have state legal level of liability insurance while operating a motor vehicle. Renter must have proof of liability insurance at the time of rental. Supplemental Liability Insurance- SLI - covers you for 3rd party liability up to 1 million USD for 14.99US per day plus tax. It covers bodily injury and/or property damage sustained while operating the rental vehicle. Glass-Tire Protection is available for 7.99US per day plus tax. Personal Accident Coverage - PAC - is 5.19US per day plus tax. Roadside Assistance is 7.99US per day plus tax.

The following equipment is available upon request. CSI - Baby/Infant car seats - 10.00 USD/day CST - Child/Toddler car seats - 10.00 USD/day NAV - GPS - 9.99 USD/day Toll package - 11.99 USD/day at rental counter. All prices are plus tax. If using Toll roads failure to purchase a Toll package will leave you responsible for all tolls plus a 30.00US admin surcharge for each toll violation. Request at the rental counter or call us for availability.
