Please note the below important information before you make or have made a reservation:

For Madrid Airport and Barcelona Airport locations, No non-deplaning customers will be allowed to rent car hire vehicles, and customers must provide evidence of flight arrival and return flight details.

Please note important information regarding documentation:

All renters must provide a valid identity card or passport. All drivers must have held their full license for a minimum of 1 year. When renting an Elite, Premium or Luxury Car or Convertible or SUV, renters must have additional verified contact information such as employment details, telephone numbers and proof of Spanish residency. When renting these vehicles from an airport location travel documents such as boarding passes, hotels and apartments vouchers etc must be provided as well. Local customers whose documents are issued in different countries must provide additional proof of address (i.e. phone bill, gas or electricity bill) which must be less than 90 days old. If visiting Spain, renters must provide proof of accommodation, local and home country contact information such as employment details and return travel. These vehicles cannot be booked with less than 24-hour notice. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organisation.

Upon the United Kingdom leaving the European Union (EU) the requirements for UK Driving license holders driving in EU member states may change. Please check requirements before travelling. Government advice may be found at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/prepare-to-drive-in-the-eu-after-brexit

Please note renters must always seek permission from the rental agent before any cross border travel.

Vehicles are permitted to be driven into Portugal, Andorra & Gibraltar (no outside Spain insurance required). Vehicles are also permitted to be driven into Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco & Switzerland (no other countries are permitted) but "OUTSIDE SPAIN INSURANCE" must be purchased & costs will be €55. This is purchased at the counter. Customer MUST advise the car will be driven out of Spain at the point of contract, in any case. payment of a Cross Border Fee. The cost of Cross Border Fee will be of 55.00 EUR (VAT included) and it is acquired at the counter. In all cases, customers must inform at the counter of their intention to leave Spain with the vehicle and require the authorization of Enterprise to do so.

取消暨租車未取政策

預訂時若預先繳清費用或預付部分訂金，有哪些取消政策適用？

1 - 取車前 48 小時取消可全額退款。

2 - 若在取車前 48 小時之內取消，預先繳清的費用會在扣除 CAD140 後全額退款。如果線上付款金額少於 CAD140，則無法退還預訂車輛所繳交的款項。

3 - 若於取車前 48 小時之內預訂，亦將自動適用取消政策。

4 - 所有的取消都應在預定的取車時間之前透過「管理預訂」頁面進行線上取消，而不是聯絡租車業者處理。

5 - 最晚在取車前 48 個小時您可以免費更改預訂，但須支付當時價格的費用。若在取車前 48 個小時內更改您的預訂，您目前支付的費用將轉移至您的新預訂再扣掉延遲修改費用 CAD74.00。如果您支付的金額少於 CAD74.00，則不會將任何金額轉入您的新預訂。

6 - 如果您在取車前 48 個小時內取消預訂，您將須支付取消費用 CAD140。如果已付的費用少於 CAD140，您將須支付的費用不會多於目前支付的費用。

如果您購買我們的車輛受損退款險產品，但日後決定取消租車預訂，則該產品也將隨即自動取消。

如果您想修改或重新安排預訂事宜，我們會先為您取消車輛受損退款險。不過，我們會為您的新預訂項目自動建立新的政策。

在上述兩種情形下，您在線上預訂程序期間提供的電子郵件地址，將會收到確認取消的信件。

請注意，如果您在租車協議生效前 24 小時內取消保險政策，我們將不予退款。

什麼是「租車未取」？「租車未取」成立的條件如下：

1 - 未在取車時間前通知我們您已取消預訂。

2 - 無法在預定的時間與日期取車。

3 - 無法提供取車的必要文件。

4 - 無法提供主駕駛人的信用卡，且該信用卡額度充裕。

若發生以上任一情形，恕不退款。

若您未能備妥所有必要文件準時抵達租車地點，或信用卡額度不足以支付租車訂金時，租車公司保留拒絕出租汽車的權利。在此情況下，除非您提早至少 48 小時取消租車，否則無權要求退款。
