Travel to another province will be 4 CAD per day. Travel to the United States is 10 CAD per day.

Policies

We will meet you from Viscount station – its part of Toronto Pearson Airport terminal network and you can reach it from any terminal of airport in few minutes by using free Airport Terminal Link Train which works 24/7 and goes every 3 minutes. Once you reach a Viscount station please use the airport provided phone system (free calls) to dial our company phone number +1-647-887-7714 and our shuttle will pick you up in 5-10 minutes time after your call. In case your flight is delayed we will keep checking the arrival information.

Renters must be between the ages of 24 and 75. A valid drivers license and major credit card in the renters name must be presented at the time of pickup.

Ontario renters must be at least 24 years of age and have a class G license. Class G2 licenses will not be accepted.

An International Drivers License will be required if the customers drivers license is not in the English language. Renters outside of North America must also provide a passport or other additional photo ID.

Proof of valid full coverage insurance must be presented at the counter. If customer does not have proof of coverage, coverage must be purchased at the counter to qualify for the rental.

Toll passes are not available for purchase at the counter. Customers are prohibited from driving the rental vehicle on toll highway 407. If toll charges are incurred, customers will be billed for the toll fees as well as an admin fee of 25-50 CAD once the location receives the bill. An admin fee of 25 CAD will be applied if there are 1-2 toll charges. An admin fee of 50 CAD will be applied if there are more than 2 toll charges.

Vehicles will be rented with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank in order to avoid re-fueling penalties.

* Travel to another province will be 4 CAD per day. Travel to the

United States is 10 CAD per day - this is not related to

mileage limits set and this charge goes on top of other charges.

* A roundtrip airline ticket must be presented for unlimited mileage

within Ontario. - any trip out of Ontario borders waives

unlimited mileage offer for airport clients and below mileage limits will be

subject to apply.

Mileage outside of the province of Ontario will be limited to 300 km/day, 1000 km/week, 3000 km/month for compact to full size sedans. Any extra mileage will be 0.12 CAD/km.

For SUVs/Vans, mileage outside of the province of Ontario will be limited to 200 km/day, 1000 km/week, and 3000 km/month. Any extra mileage is will be 0.18 CAD/km.

Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover and all other major credit cards are accepted at the time of rent. Debit cards and cash are accepted upon return as final payment.

At the time of rent, a security deposit of 120% of the estimated rental with a minimum of 700 CAD and a max of 2500 CAD will be held in addition to the estimated total cost of the rental. Prepaid rentals will have security deposit of 500 CAD.

Drivers age 24 will be charged a Young Driver Fee of 5 CAD per day. Young Drivers must have held their license for a minimum of 2 years.

Additional Drivers are charged 7 CAD per day. Spouses are not included free of charge.

Renters with an Ontario drivers license are considered to be local renters. Local renters must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience. Ontario renters must be at least 24 years of age and have a class G license. Class G2 licenses will not be accepted. Debit cards are not accepted.

Local renters may only rent for a max length of 28 days.

Local renters will be limited to 300 km/day, 1000 km/week, 3000 km/month for compact to full size sedans. Any extra mileage will be 0.12 CAD/km.
