Airport: Once clients have cleared Customs and collected their luggage, they can call our office on the freephone number above for their courtesy pickup to the branch Outside office hours: In order for Ace to make these arrangements, we require the client's email address and telephone number with the booking request, to obtain the required details as well as advise the final pickup procedure. Drop Off: Within office hours Cars can be returned to our office where we offer a shuttle back to the airport. We recommend customers allow 45 minutes prior to check in time at the airport for return of the vehicle and transfer to the airport. Outside office hours Vehicles can be returned to our after hours return location at Skypark and customers will be transferred to the Airport Terminal by shuttle bus. Full instructions will be provided to the customers when they collect the vehicle at the start of rental. The fee for this service is AU$30.00
