Vehicles are only permitted to be driven in the states of Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and California. Mexico travel is NOT allowed.

Policies

Thank you for choosing ACE Rent A Car represented by XCMNV, LLC. Upon arrival at the Las Vegas Airport, please

board the McCarran car rental shuttle bus from the baggage claim area. When you exit the McCarran bus, go to the taxi/off-site pick up area located just outside the car rental center and stand between sign number 4-8. Shuttle runs approximately every 15 to 25 minutes during operating hours.

Renters must present a valid driver's license and a major credit card at the time of rental. International renters must present a valid driver's license as well as a valid passport. Local renters must provide a current utility bill and proof of employment at time of pick up. Minimum age to rent is 21. Proof of FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE (collision and liability) that will transfer to the Rental Unit MUST be provided at the time of rental. Otherwise Renter MUST purchase Collision Coverage and Supplemental Liability Insurance at the time of Rental. Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as they had at pick up time in order to avoid a refueling surcharge. The fee is $5.50 per gallon needed.

ACE has initiated an enhanced inspection process to ensure a pleasant rental experience for all. Each vehicle will be confirmed smoke free when it is provided to a customer. Upon its return it will be inspected. If the rental vehicle is not returned in a reasonably clean condition or if you violate the no pet or smoking policy, you may be charged $200.00 or more for cleaning fees, plus any interior repairs that are needed as a result of a policy violation.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Vehicles are held up to 4 hours past the arrival time on your reservation during operating hours. When flight details are provided, we will hold the vehicle for up to 4 hours after flight arrival. After the 4 hour window, you will be considered a no-show and we may or may not be able to honor your reservation, depending upon availability. If you do not cancel prior to arrival by 48 hours, or you fail to show, you will be charged a total of $25.00. Please call 702-739-4711 to confirm arrival.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and Euro cards. Bank Issued debit cards are accepted from airline arriving customers only, with proof of full coverage insurance that transfers to the rental vehicle. International airline arriving customers must have proof of return flight itinerary. Cash payments will be accepted upon return of vehicle at the end of the rental.

Late Returns : The rate will increase by USD/25.00 per day each day the vehicle is kept beyond the return date at the time of rental.

Early Returns : The rate will increase by USD/20.00 per day, not to exceed the estimated total at the time of rental.

Pay on Arrival Deposit Policies:

Credit Card: Secure deposit for estimated rental charges only. Always reconfirm return date/time.

Debit Card: Confirm round trip flight itinerary. Secure deposit for estimated rental charges plus $200 deposit. Always reconfirm return date/time.

Prepaid Vouchers Deposit Policies:

Credit Card: Authorize $1.00 only if no extra charges. Take payment for additional services – LDW, upsell, PPG, etc. No added security deposit is required.

Debit Card: Secure $200.00 deposit only if no added services. Take payment for additional services – LDW, upsell, PPG, etc + $200 deposit. Confirm round trip flight itinerary.

Minimum age to rent is 21. A surcharge of $25.00 per day will be imposed to renters between the ages of 21-24. Additional driver fee is $11.00 per day. Spouses drive free of charge. Local renters are defined as main residents of Nevada. Local renters are required to have two (2) current utility bills and one (1) most recent payroll stub. All are required to have the same address as the renters driver's license. Local renters do no get unlimited miles. They are limited to 150 free miles per day, and then will be charged $0.39 per each additional mile. Additional mileage can be purchased at the counter. Local renters will pay a refundable security deposit of $200.00 plus the estimated amount of the rental.
