Drivers Age

25 to 99 Years

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Travel Restrictions

Please note that authorization must be obtained from the rental agent before cross state travel. If not obtained fines and penalities are applicable. Please contact the rental agent in advance in order to receive permission.

The rental vehicle may only be used in the state of pick-up and the surrounding geographical area (Region) as specified below:

•Vehicles rented in Colorado can be driven to Arizona, California, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, British Columbia (CA).

•Vehicles rented in California can be driven to Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, British Columbia (CA)

Renters using the rental vehicle in violation of the applicable territorial restrictions will be charged a fee of USD 0.50 for each mile the vehicle has been driven during the rental.

If you have a reservation for a one-way rental to return the vehicle in a state other than the state of pick-up, the territorial restrictions described above do not apply. However, the Vehicle may only be used in the continental United States.

Always ask for directions to the nearest gasoline station to the rental drop-off location. Keep your fuel sales slip as proof of refueling.

Take time to familiarize yourself with the vehicle controls before leaving the parking area

Fully inspect the vehicle for signs of damage and report them to the rental desk before leaving the parking area
