Upon Arrival

NU Car Rentals service in Orlando is provided in cooperation with Action Car Rental. Upon arrival please call 407-240-2700 for our courtesy shuttle. After collecting your luggage please meet us at our assigned pick up space -A11 on the A side of the Terminal or B11 on the B side. Reserved vehicles not prepaid will be held 2 hours during office hours. Prepaid vehicles are held until closing. A reservation reinstatement fee of 5.00 to 25.00USD per day will apply for late arrivals. Vehicles may not leave Florida. . Customer agrees to pay a No Show charge on the credit card used for the reservation if not cancelled 48 hours in advance.

Insurance

Liability insurance is required when driving in Florida. Please bring proof of liability insurance valid in Florida during your rental period. If you do not have proof of liability insurance SLI-Supplemental Liability Insurance is available at $14.99/day. The renter is responsible for all damages to our vehicle. Proof of valid insurance (Declarations page) is required for renters who wish to decline our LDW (Damage Waiver). Drivers unable to provide valid proof of current insurance transferable to the car rental will be required to purchase LDW. LDW is 24.99/day plus tax for economy through full size and 29.99/day plus tax for vans and SUVs. Deductible is 1000.00 Renters using a debit card or splitting payment will be required to purchase PDW at $9.99 per day. PDW covers the first $500.00 worth of damage and non-covered items such as loss of use.

We offer the following equipment for rental: Child Seat $9.99 per day - specify infant, toddler or booster GPS system $7.99 per day Prepay Tolls $13.99 per day-admin fee is $35.00 per day for toll violations. Quantities may be limited Request at the rental counter. All fees are taxable.
