I booked through your website, so they said i would have to email yous for the refund. my ref no is GR511507990

Okay you need to go to this website: – viewmyreservation.com Log in and on the left hand side choose support/help. Then on the right hand side a popup support BOT will appear. There are you can request a refund

I arrived we just had pictures of our drivers license and they needed them in person to scan them so we had to cancel the booking.

Well you can save time requesting a refund because that would not qualify sorry. You're supposed to have the original drivers license and documentation. COPIES are not accepted by any rental car company.

The man that worked on the sixt desk said it was no problem he will request it a refund and i also spoke to your self last month and you said i should get a refund minus 50 euro from the total ?

Sorry to bother you again when i go on it says case closed and that i would get an resolution email but i havnt received any emails since the confirmation of the booking, do you know what i could do from here ?
