Leaving the terminal, you will find directions and a pedestrian footpath covered by a shelter, that will lead to front of the parking garage. There you will find other signs showing two lifts, short distance from each other. The trail is about 300 meters. Take the lift to the third floor where you will reach the new Rent a car area. Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Travel Restrictions

Please note: Additional requirement is renters must provide home's address and e-mail address to rental agent upon arrival.

Please be reminded that for airport reservations, the flight number is needed in order to preserve the car availability, especially for pick-ups scheduled at the locations' closing time.

Renter is allowed to drive the vehicle only in the countries included in the following list: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, Vatican City, San Marino, Switzerland, Norway. In case of tolls/traffic fines, an administrative charge may apply. Administrative charge rate is 40.00 EUR.

Please note insurance coverage may change if you travel to areas Campania and Puglia (Naples, Bari and Brindisi). In the event of theft or fire occurring in the Italian regions of Campania and Puglia, regardless of the location where the rental has started, when purchasing “Car Body Package” or “Deluxe Package” services, Renter is liable to Lessor for a maximum amount equal to the amount indicated as “theft excess”, and in any case for a value not less than € 1,800. Moreover, in case of total theft, Renter will compensate Lessor for the amount corresponding to the full tank of fuel. please check with the car rental agent before you travel.

Please check with the rental provider in advance that the vehicle has the proper equipment in accordance with local traffic rules of the country or region you intend to travel to (eg. Winter tyres).

Cancellation and no-show policy

What is your cancellation policy for fully prepaid or part-paid bookings?

1 - If you cancel 48 hours prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded in full.

2 - If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of pick-up, you'll receive a refund minus CAD138. If your online payment is less than CAD138, no refund will be made for your car rental booking.

3 - If your booking is made less than 48 hours before pick-up, the cancellation policy will automatically apply to your booking.

4 - All cancellations should be made online via the Manage Booking page prior to the scheduled pick-up time and not with the car rental provider.

5 - You can make any changes to your booking up to 48 hours before pick-up, with no additional charge, however, live pricing will apply. If you amend your booking less than 48 hours in advance of pick-up, the amount you currently paid will be carried over to your new booking minus a late change fee of CAD73.00. If you have paid less than CAD73.00, no amount will be carried over to your new booking.

6 - If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before pick-up you will be charged a cancellation fee of CAD138. If you have paid less than CAD138, you will not be charged more than you currently paid.

If you purchased our Damage Refund Insurance product and have since decided to cancel your car rental booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will be cancelled automatically.

If you wish to amend or rearrange your booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will initially be cancelled. We will, however, automatically create a new policy for your new booking.

In both cases you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation at the email address you have provided during the online booking process.

Please be aware that if you cancel your insurance policy less than 24 hours before the start of your car rental agreement, no refund for insurance will be granted.

What is a no-show?

A 'no-show' occurs for the following reasons:

1 - You didn't inform us about your cancellation prior to your pick-up time.

2 - You failed to pick up the car at the arranged time and date.

3 - You failed to provide the documentation that's required to pick up the car.

4 - You failed to provide a credit card in the main driver's name with enough available funds on it.

In the event of any of the above, no refunds will be made to you.

The car rental company reserves the right to refuse a car if you fail to arrive on time with all necessary documentation and a credit card with enough available funds for the car's security deposit. In such a case, unless the car hire has been cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, you will not be entitled to a refund.
