Policies

Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards are accepted at the time rent. A security deposit plus the estimated total of the rental will be held on the card at the time of pickup. Deposit is 300 CAD for cars and SUVs, and 500 CAD for Minivans.

Renters must be at least 21 years of age. A valid drivers license and major credit card in the renters name must be presented at the time of pickup.

A valid international driver's license is required if the driver's license is not in the Latin alphabet.

All reservations are expected to be completed as booked. No refunds for early returns.

Vehicles will be rented with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank to avoid re-fueling penalties.

Non-prepaid customers will receive a grace period of 4-hours after their scheduled pick-up time to receive the vehicle. After the 4-hour grace period, non-prepaid reservations will be subject to availability. Please call the location directly for any flight delays or same-day changes in pick-up time.

Renting vehicles for hire (Uber/Lyft/etc.) is not permitted.

Vehicles are restricted to the province of Manitoba.

Minimum rental age is 21.

Additional drivers are added at no charge.

Collision Damage Waiver - 14.99 CAD/day - 300 deductible;

Loss Damage Waiver - 29.99 CAD/day - zero deductible;

Third Party Liability is included in all rates - 750 deductible;

Child seats are no additional charge (subject to availability)

Expert advice to make your journey go smoothly

Always ask for directions to the nearest gasoline station to the rental drop-off location. Keep your fuel sales slip as proof of refueling.

Take time to familiarize yourself with the vehicle controls before leaving the parking area

Fully inspect the vehicle for signs of damage and report them to the rental desk before leaving the parking area

Ask for a map at the car rental desk

When visiting a location for the first time, always choose a safe parking spot like a supervised parking lot
