Policies

This location accepts AmEx, MasterCard, Visa, Carte Blanche, Diners Club and Discover. No other cards accepted. Credit Cards Will be processed for estimated total charge plus $200.00 deposit on Economy through Standard vehicles and a $300.00 deposit on Full-sized cars, Premium, Luxury, SUVs, and Specialty vehicles. Debit Cards Will be processed for the estimated total charge plus $300.00 on Economy through Standard vehicles and a $400.00 deposit on Full-sized cars, Luxury, SUVs and Specialty vehicles. Debit cards are NOT accepted for Convertible, Dodge Charger or Full Size SUV rentals, they require a $500 deposit on major credit card and proof of full coverage insurance, coverage cannot be purchased for these vehicles. BANK ISSUED DEBIT CARDS accepted with proof of a roundtrip airline ticket PREPAID CARDS NOT ACCEPTED. PERSONAL CHECKS AND CASH RENTALS NOT ACCEPTED. Florida Residents please see local renter restrictions for additional requirements. Discounted Multiple day rates are valid for full term only.

Early Returns will be charged regular daily rate.

Rates are for renters 25 or older. At the time of pickup, the customer must present a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and must present a credit card in the renters name for the required rental deposit.

Florida Residents please see local renter restrictions for additional requirements. International drivers must have valid drivers license from country of residence with no restrictions, major credit card in renter's own name must be presented at time of rental and proof of insurance. Proof of FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE that will transfer to the rental vehicle must be presented at the time of pick up. Otherwise you must purchase collision coverage and supplemental liability insurance at the rental counter. Unlimited Mileage is not available for local renters.

**The State of Florida requires that all drivers carry proof of insurance with them at all times**

Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate. It is our policy to hold reservations up to four hours beyond the scheduled arrival time, subject to published office hours. If you experience delays, please contact the rental office so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation.

Vehicles are restricted to the state of Florida.

Unlimited Mileage is not available for local renters.

Local renters receive 150 miles per day and $.29 per mile there after.

Local renters are defined as anyone living within a 65 mile radius of the renting location regardless of driver license state of issuance. Local Renters MUST provide valid proof of transferable full coverage to a rental vehicle, CDW and SLI are not allowed to be purchased by any local renters. Security Deposit in the amount of $500 will be applied in addition to the rental charges at the time of rental vehicle processing for all local renters. Proof of roundtrip transportation must be supplied.

All local renters must present a current utility bill in their name with the address that is listed on their license. A utility bill is water, electric or cable. We do not accept cell phone bills as a utility bill.

Debit cards will not be accepted for local renters.

Local renters are also restricted from renting Premium cars, sports cars, or luxury vehicles.

All Additional Drivers are $12.99 per day per driver. Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a $25.00 per day underage surcharge. Underage renters may not rent convertibles or SUVs and must show proof of full coverage insurance.

Cancellation and no-show policy

What is your cancellation policy for fully prepaid or part-paid bookings?

1 - If you cancel 48 hours prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded in full.

2 - If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of pick-up, you will receive a refund minus CAD135. If your online payment is less than CAD135, no refund will be made for your car rental booking.

3 - If your booking is made less than 48 hours before pick up, the cancellation policy will automatically apply to your booking.

4 - All cancellations should be made online via the Manage Booking page prior to the scheduled pick-up time and not with the car rental provider.

5 - You can make any changes to your booking up to 48 hours before pick-up, with no additional charge, however, live pricing will apply. If you amend your booking less than 48 hours in advance of pick-up, the amount you currently paid will be carried over to your new booking minus a late amendment fee of CAD67.00. If you have paid less than CAD67.00, no amount will be carried over to your new booking.

6 - If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before pick-up you will be charged a cancellation fee of CAD135. If you have paid less than CAD135, you will not be charged more than you currently paid.

If you purchased our Damage Refund Insurance product and have since decided to cancel your car rental booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will be cancelled automatically.

If you wish to amend or rearrange your booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will initially be cancelled. We will, however, automatically create a new policy for your new booking.

In both cases you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation at the email address you have provided during the online booking process.

Please be aware that if you cancel your insurance policy less than 24 hours before the start of your car rental agreement, no refund for insurance will be granted.

What is a no-show?

A ''no-show'' occurs for the following reasons:

1 - You didn''t inform us about your cancellation prior to your pick-up time.

2 - You failed to pick up the car at the agreed time and date selected without notifying our customer service team of any delay before the pick-up time.

3 - Your flight is delayed which results in a late arrival at the rental desk and your flight number was not provided.

4 - You failed to provide the documentation that's required to pick up the car.

5 - you failed to provide a credit card in the main driver's name with enough available funds on it.

In the event of any of the above, no refunds will be made to you.

The car hire company reserves the right to refuse a car if you fail to arrive on time with all necessary documentation and a credit card with enough available funds for the car's security deposit. In the event of late arrival to the rental desk, and you failed to make contact with our customer service team before the pick-up time or your incoming flight details were not added to your booking, we cannot guarantee that the car will be available. In such a case, unless the car hire has been canceled at least 48 in advance, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Expert advice to make your journey go smoothly

Always ask for directions to the nearest gasoline station to the rental drop-off location. Keep your fuel sales slip as proof of refueling.

Take time to familiarize yourself with the vehicle controls before leaving the parking area

Fully inspect the vehicle for signs of damage and report them to the rental desk before leaving the parking area
